Hi folks:
I'm your host, and I need you to respond to a very important question.
I started this website, back on AOL in 1996. At that time, there was not one single centralized
website where a radio professional could go to find a new job---or even a better job. So I started
this one. It has grown over the years to include show prep and other resources, but has always been
free.
Frankly, I think that the sites that charged to find jobs were schmucks. If your livelihood is writing
comedy and show material---yeah, I could see charging. I don't provide those services, so this site is
still free.
Here's my question. I need to know how many folks still use this site for job hunting and show prep.
Here's why...
I have left radio for a very challenging, enjoyable, career. I never thought I would enjoy doing something
other than radio, but I have found my calling. I have traded in my headphones to be the Director of a
$145 Million dollar a year business. I love it! I'll never go back.
If you use this site on a regular basis, email me. I'll base my decision to keep it up or not entirely on
the amount of responses I get.
When I finally get some time, I'll re-design most of the site (or have it done for me)...but if you want
the radio professionals area to stay...I'm going to have to hear that from you.

The future of the radio portion of entertainmentworlds.com depends on you.
Good luck, and my very best to you all in your careers!
